MILFORD Astor’s Pad printing or tampo printing lines have been developed for marking and decorating products such as promotional items, plastic mouldings, coins, washing machine shields, synthetic blister wraps, electrical components, motor vehicle fittings and mobile phone components.
MILFORD Astor is the Australian and New Zealand distributor for Kent and Morlock pad printing machines and accessories.
Features of these latest machines include in-line pad cleaning; ceramic magnetic ink cups; digital pad-stroke control and digitally controlled dwell function.
The pad printing machine range includes the Kent HVA 100& 150, the PP Series and the Morlock MKM 80 & MKM 125.
The Kent HVA 100& 150 are equipped with single colour automatic to four colour range, automatic pad clean with programmable cleaning cycle on some models and sealed ink cup or open ink tray setup.
The PP Series features single or multi colour printing, snap on plate change, dead-on plate registration, fast job set up and rigid aluminium casting machine structure.
The Morlock MKM 80 & MKM 125 features high output, extremely accurate registration, versatile multi-colour machines, compact, robust design and short set-up times.
